1 CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br /> JANUARY 24, 1995 <br /> 4 I. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. <br /> 5 The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor <br /> 6 Ranallo. <br /> 7 II. ROLL CALL. <br /> 8 Councilmembers Present: Ranallo, Marks, Enrooth, Wagner, and Fleming. <br /> 9 Also Present: Michael Mornson, City Manager. <br /> 10 III. APPROVAL OF JANUARY 24, 1995 COUNCIL AGENDA. <br /> 11 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the January 24, 1995 Council Agenda as <br /> 12 presented. <br /> 13 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 14 IV. APPROVAL OF JANUARY 10, 1995 COUNCIL MINUTES. <br /> 15 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the January 10, 1995 Council minutes as <br /> 16 presented. <br /> aMotion carried unanimously. <br /> 18 V. LICENSES/PERMITS/PETITIONS. - <br /> 19 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the following licenses: <br /> 20 Contractors License <br /> 21 TEK Services, Minneapolis, MN <br /> 22 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 23 Enrooth questioned what type of business TEK Services, Inc. was involved in. He stated that he <br /> 24 could not approve of a license if he did not know what type of business the company engaged in. <br /> 25 He asked that a brief statement be included with the license requests to explain what type of <br /> 26 business they were. <br /> 27 Mayor Ranallo directed City Manager to include a brief statement with the request for license to <br /> 28 explain what type of business each company did. <br /> 29 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to table contractors license for TEK Services, Minneapolis, <br /> 30 MN, until the February 14, 1995 Council.Meeting when further information regarding the <br /> 31 company had been obtained. <br /> 32 Motion carried unanimously. <br />
