I CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> 402 CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br /> 3 MARCH 28, 1995 <br /> 4 I. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. <br /> 5 The meeting was called to order at 8:01 P.M. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor <br /> 6 Ranallo. <br /> 7 II. ROLL CALL. <br /> 8 Councilmembers Present: Ranallo, Enrooth, Wagner, and Fleming. <br /> 9 Councilmembers Absent: Marks. <br /> 10 Also Present: Michael Mornson, City Manager. <br /> 11 III. APPROVAL OF MARCH 28, 1995 COUNCIL AGENDA. <br /> 12 Motion by Wagner, second by Fleming to approve the March 28, 1995 Council Agenda with the <br /> 13 following changes: <br /> 14 Under V. LICENSES /PERMITS /PETITIONS, add Knights of Columbus Fridley Council <br /> 15 #4381 member request to distribute tootsie rolls April 28, 29, 30, 1995. <br /> 66 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 17 IV. APPROVAL OF FEBRUARY 28, 1995 COUNCIL MINUTES. <br /> 18 Motion by Fleming, second by Enrooth to approve the February 28, 1995 Council minutes with <br /> 19 the following changes: <br /> 20 Page 3, Line 31: Add "LMC" before Improving Community Life. <br /> 21 Page 4, Line 9: Add "LMC" before legislative conference. <br /> 22 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 23 Mayor Ranallo indicated there was no Council meeting on March 14, 1995, as there was not a <br /> 24 quorum present. <br /> 25 V. LICENSES/PERMITS/PETITIONS. <br /> 26 Motion by Enrooth, second by Fleming to approve the following licenses: <br /> 27 Cigarette License <br /> 28 American Amusement Arcades/ Stonehouse& Apache Wells <br /> 29 St. Anthony Liquor Stores/ SAV I & SAV II <br /> 30 Berggren's Market Enterprises, Inc. /Apache New Market <br /> 31 Stop `N' Save, 3259 Stinson Boulevard <br /> 0Contractors License <br /> 33 Nedegaard Construction Company, Inc., Coon Rapids, MN <br /> 34 Demars Signs, Inc., Coon Rapids, MN <br /> 35 LaMere Construction, Inc., Minneapolis, MN <br />
