CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. <br /> 5 The meeting was called to order at 7:50 P.M. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor <br /> 6 Ranallo. <br /> 7 II. ROLL CALL. <br /> 8 Councilmembers Present: Ranallo, Marks, Enrooth, Wagner, and Fleming. <br /> 9 Also Present: Michael Mornson, City Manager. <br /> 10 III. APPROVAL OF APRIL 11, 1995 COUNCIL AGENDA. <br /> 11 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the April 11, 1995 Council Agenda with the <br /> 12 following changes: <br /> 13 Under IX. NEW BUSINESS, add J. Shriner Sale of Onions. <br /> 14 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 4wIV. APPROVAL OF MARCH 28, 1995 COUNCIL MINUTES. <br /> Motion by Fleming, second by Wagner to approve the March 28, 1995 Council minutes with the <br /> 17 following changes: <br /> 18 Page 6, Line 40 Remove the word "a" before language. <br /> 19 Page 7, Line 1 Remove "out of state" and replace with "out state". <br /> 20 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 21 V. LICENSES/PERMITS/PETITIONS. <br /> 22 Motion by Wagner, second by Enrooth to approve the following licenses: <br /> 23 3.2 On-Sale Beer& Wine License <br /> 24 S & K Restaurant Corporation/dba: SHER-E-PUNJAB RESTAURANT, Apache Plaza <br /> 25 3.2 Off-Sale Beer License <br /> 26 Fuel Mart, 2813 Stinson Boulevard <br /> 27 Voting on the motion: <br /> 28 Aye: Ranallo, Enrooth, Fleming, Wagner <br /> 29 Nay: Marks <br /> •0 Motion carried. <br />
