Resolution 95-030. re: Amend Use of the 1995 Community Development Block Grant <br /> 3 Funds. <br /> 4 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve Resolution 95-030, Amending Projected Use of <br /> 5 Funds for 1995 Urban Hennepin County Community Development Block Grant Program. <br /> 6 Mornson explained the Senior Citizen Allocation had changed from $6,000.00 to $4,072.00 as it <br /> 7 was necessary to reduce the amount of funding to public services activities to no more than 20% <br /> 8 of the City's allocation. These funds were moved to the Single Family Rehabilitation area and <br /> 9 would allow another family on the waiting list to receive assistance. <br /> 10 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 11 G. Resolution 95-031. re: Change Date of Regular Council meeting; <br /> 12 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve Resolution 95-031, Changing the Date of a <br /> 13 Regular Council Meeting From Tuesday June 13, 1995 to Monday June 12, 1995. <br /> 44 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 15 H. Ordinance 1995-003, re: Mayor and Council Salaries ( 1st reading) <br /> 16 Motion by Enrooth, second by Marks to approve the 1 st reading of Ordinance 1995-003, relating <br /> 17 to Mayor and Councilmember Salaries, amending Chapter 2, Section 200.12, Subds. 1 and 2 of <br /> 18 the 1993 St. Anthony Code of Ordinances. <br /> 19 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 20 I. Ordinance 1995-004. re: Sale of Alcoholic Beverages ( 1st reading,). <br /> 21 Motion by Enrooth, second by Fleming to approve the 1 st reading of Ordinance 1995-004, <br /> 22 relating to hours of operation for the sale of alcoholic beverages, deleting section 1000.08(c) of <br /> 23 the St. Anthony 1993 Code of Ordinances. <br /> 24 Mornson explained this section of the ordinance needed to be removed as it was in violation of <br /> 25 the Minnesota State Statue. <br /> 26 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 27 J. Shrine Onions. <br /> 28 Motion by Fleming, second by Marks to allow the Shrine to deliver and sell onions at the <br /> 29 Stonehouse parking lot on approximately May 6, 1995. <br /> 0- <br /> 30 Motion carried unanimously. <br />
