Board of Review Meeting Minutes <br /> April 11, 1995 <br /> Page 5 <br /> 1 There was no action taken on this appeal by the Board of Review. <br /> 2 Mr. Ivar Slettemoen, 3027-31 st Avenue N.E., indicated he would like to have his home <br /> 3 reassessed. <br /> 4 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve a County reappraisal of the property owned by <br /> 5 Ivar Slettemoen, 3027-31 st Avenue N.E., as requested. <br /> 6 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 7 Mr. Bruce Holten, 2909 Rankin Road, indicated he had built his house in 1991 and took out a <br /> 8 mortgage for$110,000.00 with a cost to build the house of$107,000.00. In 1992, it was <br /> 9 appraised with a value of$133,600.00. The house was reappraised and the valuation did not <br /> 10 change. In the two years following, the valuation decreased. Last year the valuation increased to <br /> 11 $136,000.00 and this year to $140,000.00. He indicated he didn't see how his market value could <br /> 12 increase $11,000.00 in such poor economic times. He indicated he only wanted a fair appraisal <br /> 13 of the property. <br /> 14 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve a County reappraisal of the property owned by <br /> 15 Bruce Holten, 2909 Rankin Road, as requested. <br /> is <br /> 16 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 17 Mayor Ranallo stated the date for reconvening the Board of Review will be April 25, 1995 at <br /> 18 6:30 P.M. <br /> 19 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to reconvene to the Board of Review April 25, 1995 at <br /> 20 6:30 P.M. <br /> 21 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 22 X1.
