PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS. <br /> 6 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the following claims: <br /> 7 A. Rieke Carroll Muller Associates. Inc., in the amount of$311.00 for professional services <br /> 8 rendered from February 26, 1995 to March 25, 1995 for 1995 street reconstruction- <br /> 9 design and in the amount of$906.00 for professional services rendered from February 26, <br /> 10 1995 to March 25, 1995 for St. Anthony streets -construction. <br /> 11 B. 6 pages of Verified Claims as presented by the Finance Director. <br /> 12 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 13 VII. REPORTS. <br /> _14 A. Planning Commission- April 18, 1995. <br /> 16 Mayor Ranallo congratulated Chair Bergstrom for being nominated as Chairperson and <br /> 17 thanked him for assuming the responsibility. <br /> 18 1. Mildred Verkins. 3220 - 29th Avenue N.E. - Property Subdivision <br /> 19 Request/Preliminary Plat. <br /> 20 Chair Bergstrom reported the owner, Mildred Verkins had submitted a petition for <br /> 21 property subdivision and a preliminary plat for consideration. He stated she is requesting <br /> 22 her property be subdivided into five lots. There are currently three existing structures, <br /> 23 one of which will be removed to facilitate the subdivision of the property. The other two <br /> 24 structures will remain, one on proposed Lot 1 and the other on proposed Lot 4. He <br /> 25 indicated the three remaining lots will be built-to-suit. The resultant square footage of the <br /> 26 proposed lots will be Lot 1: 11,177 square feet with an existing home, Lot 2: 9,338 <br /> 27 square feet of vacant lot, Lot 3: 11,128 square feet of vacant corner lot( The ordinance <br /> 28 requires 11,000 square feet for corner lots.), Lot 4: 12,266 square-feet with an existing <br /> 29 house, and Lot 5: 12,665 square feet of vacant lot. He reported there were two people in <br /> 30 attendance to speak for the petition, Mrs. Kemper and Paul Redlinger. There was no one <br /> 31 present to speak against the petition. Bergstrom reported the Planning Commission <br /> 32 recommended Council approval of the property subdivision and preliminary plat for <br /> 33 3220-29th Avenue N.E. into five lots and the attached preliminary plat on the basis that <br /> 34 all zoning ordinances are met, the title search and City expense issues are brought to <br /> completion as outlined in the letter from William Soth of April 14, 1995, and all lots are <br /> 6 platted and buildable according to City Code. <br />
