APPROVAL OF OCTOBER 24, 1995 COUNCIL AGENDA. <br /> 11 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the'October 24, 1995 Council Agenda as <br /> 12 presented. <br /> 13 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 14 IV. APPROVAL OF OCTOBER 10, 1995 COUNCIL MINUTES. <br /> 15 Motion by Wagner, second by Marks to approve the October 10, 1995 Council minutes as <br /> �6 presented. <br /> 17 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 18 V.
