A <br /> City Council Regular Meeting Minutes <br /> December 6, 1995 <br /> Page 3 <br /> 1 Morrison noted there has been a change in the law that will allow St. Anthony's total cost <br /> 2 for this project to be funded by the Municipal State Aid Construction Funds. <br /> 3 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 4 IX. UNFINISHED BUSINESS. <br /> 5 A. Ordinance 1995-007, re: Unused Sick leave ( 3rd Reading_,Z <br /> 6 Motion by Wagner, second by Fleming to accept the third reading and adopt Ordinance <br /> 7 1995-007, relating to unused sick leave; amending 300.10, Subd. 8 (a). <br /> 8 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 9 Councilmember Fleming asked if something more could be done at Apache Wells. <br /> 10 Liquor Operations Manager Perry reported the City is.studying the issue. He stated he <br /> 11 has been in communication with First Bank and they understand and are fully aware of <br /> 12 the situation. <br /> 13 There was Council consensus to direct the City Manager to make one final attempt to <br /> 4,4 negotiate the lease agreement with First Bank. <br /> 15 Perry noted the Apache Merchants Association was disbanding this month. He stated <br /> 16 their funds had been depleted. Kellie Friese will continue to work through January 31, <br /> 17 1996 to bring all items to conclusion. He reported the Post Office is leaving Apache Mall <br /> 18 because they were subsidized by the Merchant's Association. Braun's will also be leaving <br /> 19 the mall on December 31, 1995. <br /> 20 X.
