APPROVAL OF MARCH 12, 1996 COUNCIL AGENDA. <br /> 12 <br /> 13 Motion by Wagner, second by Enrooth to approve the March 12, 1996 Council Agenda as <br /> 14 presented. <br /> 15 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> •6 IV. APPROVAL OF FEBRUARY 27 1996 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br /> 17 MINUTES. <br /> 18 Motion by Wagner, second by Faust to approve the February 27, 1996 Council Meeting <br /> 19 Minutes as presented. <br /> 20 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 21 V.
