City Council Regular Meeting Minutes <br /> April 9,. 1996 <br /> • Page 3 <br /> 1 C. City Manager. <br /> 2 Morrison noted he had a meeting with the City Hall Building Contractor. The <br /> 3 footprint of the building is complete. The architects will be at the next several <br /> 4 Council Meetings to review some changes on the project. At the May Council <br /> 5 Meeting the audit will be presented to the Council. Momson will be meeting with <br /> 6 Lauderdale and Falcon Heights in.April to review the proposed police contracts. <br /> 7 VIII. PUBLIC HEARING - None. <br /> 8 IX. NEW BUSINESS. <br /> 9 A. Apache Plaza Final Plat <br /> 10 David Greening, Briggs and Morgan, Lawyer for St. Marie Company presented the final <br /> 11 plat for Silver Lake Center. The plan has been presented to the County and he does not <br /> 12 expect any property lines will be moved. There has been a change from the preliminary <br /> 13 plat to the final plat. Lot 5 Apache Plaza was not included as part of the final plat (this is <br /> 14 the current New Market building). The final plat does however include the remaining <br /> portion of Lot 7. That building will still be called Apache Plaza. <br /> 16 Marks asked if the City Attorney was satisfied with the plat. Mr. Gilligan stated he was. <br /> 17 Motion by Wagner, second by Marks for approval of Apache Plaza Final Plat, with the <br /> 18 completion of the conditions as stated in the City Attorney's letter, as well as changes <br /> 19 Ramsey County may make. <br /> 20 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 21 B. Consideration of Resolutions to Enter into Agreements with First Bank, Ste. Marie <br /> 22 Company, and Supervalu, Inc. Regarding Apache Plaza Redevelopment <br /> 23 This item was removed from the agenda to the April 23, 1996 Council Meeting. <br /> 24 C. Consideration of Stormwater Management Analysis for District 6 Drainage Basin <br /> 25 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth, for approval of a study not to exceed $8,800. <br /> 26 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> D. Resolution 96-028, Re: Environmental Survey of Old Parkview Building <br />
