CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. <br /> 5 The meeting was called to order at 7:02 P.M. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor <br /> 6 Pro Tem Enrooth. <br /> 7 II. ROLL CALL. <br /> 8 Councilmembers Present: Marks, Enrooth, Wagner, and Faust. <br /> 9 Also Present: City Manager Michael Mornson and Fire Chief Johnson. <br /> 10 Absent: Mayor Ranallo <br /> 11 III. APPROVAL OF MAY 14, 1996 COUNCIL AGENDA. <br /> 12 Motion by Marks,second by Wagner to approve the May 14, 1996 Council Agenda as presented. <br /> 13 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 14 IV. APPROVAL OF APRIL 23, 1996 CONTINUATION OF BOARD OF REVIEW <br /> 15 MINUTES. <br /> 16 Motion by Wagner, second by Marks to approve the April 23, 1996 Continuation of Board of <br /> 0Review minutes as presented. <br /> 18 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 19 APPROVAL OF APRIL 23, 1996 REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES. <br /> 20 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the April 23, 1996 Regular City Council <br /> 21 Meeting minutes with the following change: <br /> 22 Page 3, Line 6; Replace "would"with"could". <br /> 23 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 24 V. LICENSES/PERMITS/PETITIONS. <br /> 25 Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve the following licenses: <br /> 26 Multiple Dwelling License: <br /> 27 3800-3808 Macalaster Drive, Macalaster Manor/Renewal <br /> 28 Vending License: <br /> 29 Bernick's Full-Line Vending, Eden Prairie, MN/Renewal <br /> 30 Garbage Haulers License: <br /> 31 United Waste Systems Inc., St. Paul, MN/formerly Gallagher's <br /> 0 Aagard Sanitation, Inc., Eagan, MN/Renewal <br /> 33 Motion carried unanimously. <br />
