City Council Regular Meeting Minutes <br /> • May 28, 1996 <br /> Page 2 <br /> 1 Voting on the Motion: <br /> 2 Aye: Enrooth, Faust, Ranallo and Wagner. <br /> 3 Nay: Marks. <br /> 4 Motion carried. <br /> 5 VI. PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS. <br /> 6 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the following claims: <br /> 7 A. Dorsey& Whitney in the.amount of$279.48 for legal services rendered through April 30, <br /> 8 1996. <br /> 9 B. Foster, Ojile. Wentzell & Brever in the amount of$2,600.00 for professional services <br /> 10 rendered the month of May 1996. <br /> 11 C. 7 pages of Verified Claims as presented by the Finance Director. <br /> 12 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 13 VII. REPORTS. <br /> 14 A. 1995 Audit Report. <br /> Mayor Ranallo noted Councilmembers had studied the 1995 Audit Report at a previous <br /> work session. <br /> 17 Mr. Stuart Bonniwell, City Auditor reported the audit looked excellent. He stated there <br /> 18 were a few suggested procedural changes which could be dealt with internally: - <br /> 19 Finance Director Larson explained the Aaa rating which appeared on one of the <br /> 20 documents was related to the Chandler Project and was a reflection of their financial <br /> 21 information. The City of St. Anthony has a rating of Al. <br /> 22 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the 1995 City of St. Anthony Audit <br /> 23 Report. <br /> 24 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 25 C. Councilmembers. <br /> 26 Councilmember Wagner reported he and Mayor Ranallo had attended the Recognition <br /> 27 Night at the Middle School. He distributed a program to the rest of the Councilmembers <br /> 28 who were unable to attend the celebration at the request of Warren Rolek. He stated it <br /> 29 was a very nice evening and both the State Senator and Representative.were present. <br /> Wagner also reported his attendance at the farewell celebration for Dave Abrahamson. <br /> He noted the State Senator and Representative were also present for this event. <br />
