Resolution 96-056, re: Call for Public Hearing on Amendments to Redevelopment Plan. <br /> 8 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve Resolution 96-056, relating to <br /> 9 Redevelopment Plans, Redevelopment Projects and Tax Increment Financing Plans of the <br /> 10 Housing and Redevelopment Authority of St. Anthony; calling for a public hearing on <br /> 1.1 November 12, 1996 at 7:30 P.M. on amendments thereto. <br /> 12 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 13 C. Consideration of Proposed Election Judges for November 5. 1996 General Election. <br /> Motion by Enrooth, second by Marks to approve the proposed Election Judges for the <br /> 10 November 5, 1996 General Election as listed in the October 1, 1996 City Clerk <br /> 16 memorandum. <br /> 17 <br /> 18 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 19 D. Liquor Operations 1995 Uncollectible Checks. <br /> 20 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to write-off the St. Anthony Municipal Liquor <br /> 21 Stores 1995 uncollectible checks listed in the present agenda for purposes of bookkeeping <br /> 22 and continue the collection thereof. <br /> 23 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 24 <br /> 25 E. Ordinance 1996-006, re: Noise Control (, 1 st Reading'. <br /> 26 Motion by Enrooth, second by Marks to approve the 1 st reading of Ordinance 1996-006, <br /> 27 relating to Noise Control, amending Section 1145 of the 1993 St. Anthony Code of <br /> 28 Ordinances. <br /> 29 Marks questioned why a specific decibel level was not included in the ordinance. <br /> 30 Morrison stated City Attorney had advised that a specific decibel level not be included in <br /> the ordinance as it would be difficult to enforce and would require special equipment to <br /> measure. <br />
