CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. <br /> 5 The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor <br /> 6 Ranallo. <br /> 7 II. ROLL CALL. <br /> 8 Councilmembers Present: Ranallo, Marks, Enreeth, Wagner and Faust. <br /> 9 Also Present: City Manager Michael Mornson. <br /> 10 Councilmembers Absent: None. <br /> I I III. APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 12, 1996 COUNCIL AGENDA. <br /> 12 Motion by Wagner, second by Marks to approve the November 12, 1996 Council Agenda with <br /> 13. the following change: <br /> 14 Under VI. Presentation of Claims, add: C. 4 pages of Verified Claims as presented by the <br /> 15 Finance Director. <br /> 16 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> IV. APPROVAL OF OCTOBER 22, 1996 COUNCIL MINUTES. <br /> 8 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the October 22, 1996 Council minutes as <br /> 19 presented. <br /> 20 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 21 V. LICENSES/PERMITS/PETITIONS. <br /> 22 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the following licenses: <br /> 23 Heating Licenses: <br /> 24 Gallagher Heating& A/C, Ramsey, MN/working at 3933 Fordham Drive <br /> 25 Northwestern Service, Inc., St. Paul, MN/working at Cash Register Sales <br /> 26 R& S Heating & A/C, Inc., Burnsville, MN/working at Apache Commons <br /> 27 St. Marie Sheet Metal Inc., Spring Lake Park, MN/Renewal <br /> 28 Contractors License: <br /> 29 Art-Sign, Inc., Fergus Falls,MN/signs for Baker's Square <br /> 30 Weber, Inc., St. Paul, MN/new contractor at the Arbors <br /> 31 Motor Vehicle Starting License: <br /> 32 Murphy's Service Center, Inc., (1-Vehicle) <br /> 33 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 10 VI.
