CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. <br /> 5 The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor <br /> 6 Ranallo. <br /> 7 II. ROLL CALL. <br /> 8 Councilmembers Present: Ranallo, Marks, Enrooth, Wagner and Faust. <br /> 9 Also Present: City Manager Michael Mornson <br /> 10 Councilmembers Absent:None. <br /> 11 III. APPROVAL OF JANUARY 28, 1997 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br /> 12 Motion by Marks second by Wagner to approve the January 28, 1997 Council,Agenda as <br /> 13 presented. <br /> 14 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 15 IV. APPROVAL OF JANUARY 14, 1997 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING. <br /> 16 Motion by Marks second by Enrooth to approve the January 14, 1997 Regular Council Meeting <br /> Minutes as presented. <br /> 18 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 19 V. LICENSES/PERMITS/PETITIONS. -None. <br /> 20 VI. PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS. <br /> 21 Motion by Marks second by Enrooth to approve the following claims: <br /> 22 <br /> 23 A. Foster, Ojile, Wentzell & Brever in the amount of$2,600.00 for professional services <br /> 24 rendered through December 23, 1996. <br /> 25 B. Rieke Carroll Muller Associates, Inc. in the amount of$983.37 for professional services <br /> 26 rendered from December 1, 1996 to December 28, 1996, for the 1997 street/watermain <br /> 27 improvements final design and bidding. <br /> 28 C. Hessian, McKasy& Soderberg in the amount of$5,000.00 for Schnitzer Iron and Metal <br /> 29 MERLA Site Group Assessment. <br /> 30 D. Four pages of Verified Claims as presented by the Finance Director. <br /> 31 In response to Councilmember Faust, City Manager Momson explained the Police Department <br /> 32 clothing allowance is paid at the beginning of the year. <br /> 33 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 04 VII.
