1 CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br /> 3 FEBRUARY 25, 1997 <br /> 4 I. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. <br /> 5 The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by <br /> 6 Mayor Pro Tem Enrooth. <br /> 7 H. ROLL CALL. <br /> 8 Councilmembers Present: Ranallo (arrived at 7:04 P.M.), Marks, Enrooth, Wagner, and Faust. <br /> 9 Also Present: City Manager Michael Morrison and City Attorney William Soth. <br /> 10 Councilmembers Absent: None. <br /> 11 The Council congratulated City Attorney Soth on the birth of his granddaughter. <br /> 12 III. APPROVAL OF FEBRUARY 25, 1997 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br /> 13 Motion by Wagner, second by Marks to approve the February 25, 1997 Regular Council <br /> 14 Meeting Agenda as presented. <br /> 15 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> �6 City Manager Momson noted Police Chief Engstrom would be introducing two recently hired <br /> �j St. Anthony Police Officers. <br /> 18 IV. APPROVAL OF FEBRUARY 11, 1997 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES. <br /> 19 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the February 11, 1997 Regular Council <br /> 20 Meeting Minutes as presented. <br /> 21 Vote on the motion: Enrooth, Marks and Wagner voted aye. Faust abstained (as he was not present <br /> 22 at the February 11, 1997 Meeting). <br /> 23 Motion carried. <br /> 24 V. LICENSES/PERMITS/PETITIONS. <br /> 25 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the following licenses: <br /> 26 Contractors License: <br /> 27 Pump & Meter Service, Inc., Hopkins, MN/working at Unocal 76 <br /> 28 Aspen Tree Service, Wayzata, MN/several tree trimming jobs <br /> 29 Universal Signs, Inc., St. Paul, MN/CUB Foods <br /> 30 Duffy Construction, Overland Park, KS/working at St. Anthony Shopping Center <br /> 31 Berwald Roofmg Company, North St. Paul, MN/1997 Renewal <br /> 32 Garbage Haulers License: <br /> 463 Waste Management-Blaine, Blaine, MN - Residential/Commercial (Renewal) <br />
