APPROVAL OF FEBRUARY 25, 1997 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES. <br /> 16 Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve the February 25, 1997 Regular Council <br /> 17 Meeting Minutes as presented. <br /> 0 <br /> 18 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 19 V.
