City Council Regular Meeting Minutes <br /> April 22, 1997 <br /> • Page 9 <br /> 1 IX. PUBLIC HEARINGS - None. <br /> 2 X. NEW BUSINESS. <br /> 3 A. Resolution 97-030, re: Change a Regular Council Meeting <br /> 4 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve Resolution 97-030, to change a <br /> 5 regularly scheduled City Council meeting date from Tuesday, June 10, 1997 to <br /> 6 Monday, June 9, 1997. <br /> 7 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 8 B. Resolution 97-031, re: Change of Polling Location. <br /> 9 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve Resolution 97-031, changing a <br /> 10 polling location for Ramsey County voters from Apache Plaza to the Public Works <br /> 11 Storage Garage. <br /> 12 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 13 Mayor Ranallo noted there was no speaker for the Volunteer Appreciation Dinner as the <br /> 14 considered speaker was in the hospital. Mayor suggested the dinner be an open conversation <br /> 15 with the volunteers to obtain their visions for the City of St. Anthony. <br /> ItFaust noted that the Division Commander of the Salvation Army of Minnesota and North <br /> 17 Dakota, Don and Marilyn Arnold, are retiring after 40 years of service. <br /> 18 Mayor Ranallo suggested a letter of recognition be prepared. <br /> 19 Mornson noted the Fire Department is serving as a clearing house for donations to the flood <br /> 20 victims. Mayor Ranallo suggested this announcement be placed on the reader board. <br /> 21 Mayor Ranallo introduced the new Bulletin reporter, Heidi Reemus. <br /> 22 XI. UNFINISHED BUSINESS - None. <br /> 23 <br /> 24 XII.
