CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. <br /> 5 The meeting was called to order at 7:03 P.M. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by <br /> 6 Mayor Ranallo. <br /> 7 Hi ROLL CALL. <br /> 8 Councilmembers Present: Ranallo, Marks, Enrooth (arrived at 7:10 P.M.), Wagner, and Faust. <br /> 9 Also Present: City Manager Michael Mornson. <br /> 10 Councilmembers Absent: None. <br /> 11 IIL APPROVAL OF MAY 13, 1997 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br /> 12 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the May 13, 1997 Regular Council Meeting <br /> 13 Agenda with the following change: <br /> 14 Delete IX. A. "Review/approve contract for traffic signal at 39th Avenue N.E. and Stinson <br /> 15 Boulevard (Columbia Heights project). <br /> 16 Morrison reported this item will be considered at the May 27, 1997 Council meeting. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 18 IV. APPROVAL OF APRIL 22, 1997 BOARD OF REVIEW MEETING MINUTES. <br /> 19 APPROVAL OF APRIL 22, 1997 CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES. <br /> 20 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the April 22, 1997 Board of Review Meeting <br /> 21 Minutes as presented. <br /> 22 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 23 Motion by Wagner, second by Marks to approve the April 22, 1997 City Council Regular <br /> 24 Meeting Minutes with the following changes: <br /> 25 Page 2, Line 34: Remove "Gaspring" and replace with "Salo'. <br /> 26 Page 8, Line 26: Remove "C." and replace with "See". <br /> 27 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 28 V. LICENSES/PERMITS/PETITIONS. <br /> 29 Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve the following licenses: <br /> 30 Contractors License: <br /> 31 Contact Signs, Inc., Roseville, MN/working at Ames 1 Hour Photo <br /> & Prowood Signs, Inc., Long Lake, MN/working at Video Update <br /> 53 Card Construction, Mendota, MN/working at 2855 Anthony Lane South <br />
