CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. 5 The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by 6 Mayor Ranallo. 7 H. ROLL CALL. 8 Councilmembers Present: Ranallo, Marks, Enrooth, Wagner, and Faust. 9 Also Present: City Manager Michael Mornson and City Attorney William Soth. 10 Councilmembers Absent: None. 11 M. APPROVAL OF JULY 8, 1997 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. 12 Motion by Wagner, second by Enrooth to approve the July 8, 1997 Regular Council Meeting 13 Agenda with the following changes: 14 After VI. Presentation of Claims add: VI.1. Open Forum. 15 Under VII. Reports add: Proclamation National Night Out. 16 17 Motion carried unanimously. IV. APPROVAL OF JUNE 24, 1997 CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES. Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the June 24, 1997 City Council Regular 20 Meeting Minutes with the following changes: 21 Page 13, Line 30, replace `Brehmer" with "Eric Brever". 22 Page 14, Line 7, replace "has" with "will". 23 Page 14, Line 15, replace "do need to" with "may". 24 Page 17, Line 3, replace "himself' with "he". 25 Motion carried unanimously. 26 V. LICENSES/PERMITS/PETITIONS. 27 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the following licenses: 28 Contractors License: 29 Kleinman Realty Company, Mpls., MN/renewal 30 Kihle Construction, Inc., Medicine Lake, MN/working at Marshall Manufacturing 31 Heating License: 32 Centraire Heating & Air Conditioning, Eden Prairie, MN/renewal 33 Ray N.
