CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. <br /> 5 The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by <br /> 6 Mayor Ranallo. <br /> 7 II. ROLL CALL. <br /> 8 Councilmembers Present: Ranallo, Marks, Enrooth, Wagner, and Faust. <br /> 9 Also Present: Acting City Manager Kim Moore-Sykes. <br /> 10 Councilmembers Absent: None. <br /> 11 III. APPROVAL OF AUGUST 26, 1997 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br /> 12 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the August 26, 1997 Regular Council <br /> 13 Meeting Agenda as presented. <br /> 14 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 15 IV. APPROVAL OF AUGUST 12, 1997 CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING <br /> 16 MINUTES. <br /> 17 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the August 12, 1997 City Council Regular <br /> Meeting Minutes with the following changer <br /> 19 On page 10, Lines 5 and 6: remove "put to" and replace with "pit". <br /> 20 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 21 V. LICENSES/PERMITS/PETITIONS. <br /> 22 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the following licenses: <br /> 23 Contractors License: <br /> 24 Regal Builders & Remodelers, Inc., Maplewood, MN/working at 2827 Anthony Lane <br /> 25 S <br /> 26 Construction 70, Inc., St. Anthony, MN/working at 2808 Anthony Lane S <br /> 27 Stewart J.
