New Business C. Ordinance 1997-010, Amending Cable Franchise Ordinance 1982- <br /> 15 009, Article II., Section 4. Franchise Term <br /> 16 <br /> 17 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> IV. APPROVAL OF SEPTEMBER 23, 1997 CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING <br /> 19 MINUTES. <br /> 20 Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve the September 23, 1997 City Council Regular <br /> 21 Meeting Minutes as presented. <br /> 22 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 23 V.
