ROLL CALL. <br /> 8 Councilmembers Present: Ranallo, Marks, Enrooth, Wagner, and Faust. <br /> 9 Also Present: City Manager Michael Momson and City Attorney William Soth. <br /> 10 Councilmembers Absent: None. <br /> 11 M. APPROVAL OF OCTOBER 28, 1997 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br /> 12 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the October 28, 1997 Regular Council <br /> 13 Meeting Agenda as presented. <br /> 14 <br /> 15 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 16 IV. APPROVAL OF OCTOBER 14, 1997 CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING <br /> 17 MINUTES. <br /> 18 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the October 14, 1997 City Council Regular <br /> Meeting Minutes with the following changes: <br /> 20 Page 14, Line 3: Replace"Atwood" with "Autumnwood". <br /> 21 Page 14, Line 5: Replace "Village Green" with "Village Commons". <br /> 22 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 23 V. LICENSES/PERMITS/PETITIONS. <br /> 24 A. Licenses and Permits. <br /> 25 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the following licenses: <br /> 26 Heating License: <br /> 27 D.A.
