1 CITY OF ST. ANTHONY CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES 3 NOVEMBER 4, 1997 4 I. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. 5 The meeting was called to order at 8:00 P.M. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by 6 Mayor Ranallo. 7 II. ROLL CALL. 8 Councilmembers Present: Ranallo, Marks (Arrived at 8:10 p.m.), Enrooth, Wagner, and Faust. 9 Also Present: City Manager Mike Mornson. 10 Councilmembers Absent: None 11 III. APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 4, 1997 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. 12 Motion by Faust, second by Enrooth to approve the November 4, 1997 Regular Council 13 Meeting Agenda with the following change: 14 City Manager Mornson stated the minutes of the October 28 meeting will be approved at the 15 next meeting. He noted this evening the Council will also be acting as the Canvassing Board. 16 Ranallo noted at approximately 8:30 p.m. he will be going on cable interviewing candidates. 17 He stated he will be leaving the meeting at that time and Mayor Pro Tem Enrooth would continue the Council Meeting. q19 Motion carried unanimously. 20 IV. APPROVAL OF OCTOBER 28, 1997 CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING 21 MINUTES. 22 The Minutes will be approved at the next Council Meeting. 23 V. LICENSES/PERMITS/PETITIONS. 24 Motion by Wagner, second by Enrooth to approve the following licenses: 25 Heating License 26 Groff s Heating & Air Conditioning, Rosemount, MN/3400 Croft Drive 27 Airco Heating & Air Conditioning, Columbia Heights, MN/3503 Edward St. 28 American Heating & Air Supply, Fridley, MN/3204 Croft Drive 29 Automatic Garage Door & Fireplaces, Fridley, MN/2912 Old Hwy 8 30 Contractors License 31 Cold Spring Granite Company, Cold Spring, MN/Sunset Memorial Park 32 Lawrence Sign, St. Paul, MN/St. Anthony Liquor Store 33 Motor Vehicle Starting License Murphy's Service Center, Inc., 3501 - 29h Avenue NE
