CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. <br /> 5 The meeting was called to order at 7:34 P.M. following the Truth in Taxation Meeting. <br /> 6 H. ROLL CALL. - <br /> 7 Councilmembers Present: Ranallo, Marks, Enrooth, Wagner, and Faust. <br /> 8 Also Present: City Manager Mike Mornson, Police Chief Richard Engstrom, Liquor <br /> 9 Operations Manager Michael Larson, and City Attorney William Soth. <br /> 10 Councilmembers Absent: None. <br /> 11 III. APPROVAL OF DECEMBER 17, 1997 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br /> 12 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the December 17, 1997 Regular Council <br /> 13 Meeting Agenda with the following change: <br /> 14 Under IV. Add A. Hennepin County Commissioner Stenglein. <br /> 15 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 16 IV. APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 25, 1997 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES. <br /> Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the November 25, 1997 Regular Council <br /> 8 Meeting Minutes as presented. <br /> 19 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 20 APPROVAL OF DECEMBER 3, 1997 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES. <br /> 21 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the December 3, 1997 Regular Council <br /> 22 Meeting Minutes as presented. <br /> 23 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 24 A. Hennepin County Commissioner Stenglein. <br /> 25 Mayor Ranallo reported his attendance today at a meeting involving Senator Marty, <br /> 26 Representative McGuire, the Chairperson of the Water Management Task Force, <br /> 27 Councilmember Faust and City Manager. The meeting went well and the suggestion was <br /> 28 made that an outline of the recommendations of the Task Force be given to Hennepin County <br /> 29 Commissioner, Ramsey County Commissioner and a Metropolitan Council Chairperson. A <br /> 30 meeting would then be held with the aforementioned to update them on the status of the City <br /> 31 of St. Anthony so they would be well informed when Senator Marty and Representative <br /> 32 McGuire approach the legislature. Mayor Ranallo stated this meeting will be scheduled for <br /> 33 January 14 or 15, 1998. <br /> Commissioner Stenglein thanked the Mayor, Councilmembers, and residents for the <br /> q'5 opportunity to address the City of St. Anthony.
