1 CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br /> 3 APRIL 14, 1998 <br /> 4 I. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. <br /> 5 The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor <br /> 6 Ranallo. <br /> 7 II. ROLL CALL. <br /> 8 Councilmembers Present: Ranallo; Marks, Faust, Cavanaugh, and Thuesen. <br /> 9 Also Present: City Manager Mike Morrison. <br /> 10 Councilmembers Absent: None. <br /> 11 Mayor Ranallo welcomed Public Works employee Jack Haley to the Council meeting. Mr. <br /> 12 Haley is enrolled in a class at North Hennepin College relating to road construction materials and <br /> 13 maintenance. <br /> 14 III. APPROVAL OF APRIL 14, 1998 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br /> 15 Motion by Marks, second by Thuesen to approve the April 14, 1998 Regular Council Meeting <br /> 16 Agenda as presented. <br /> • Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 18 IV. APPROVAL OF MARCH 24, 1998 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES. <br /> 19 Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve the March 24, 1998 Regular Council Meeting <br /> 20 Minutes with the following change: <br /> 21 Page 5, Line 32: Replace "Kalus" with "Kalis". <br /> 22 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 23 Mayor Ranallo stated that tonight's Council meeting was live broadcast on Cable Channel 16 <br /> 24 and would be rebroadcast on Wednesday, April 15 at 6:30 P.M. and Saturday, April 18 at 11:00 <br /> 25 A.M. He noted the City is looking for volunteers to aid Director Ruth Mason with the cable <br /> 26 production and asked anyone interested to contact City Hall. <br /> 27 V. LICENSES/PERNIITS/PETITIONS. <br /> 28 Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve the following licenses: <br /> 29 General Contractors License: <br /> 30 Kraus-Anderson Construction Company, Minneapolis, MN/renewal <br /> 31 E.R.
