CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. <br /> 5 The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor <br /> 6 Ranallo. <br /> 7 II. ROLL CALL. <br /> 8 Councilmembers Present: Ranallo, Marks, Faust, Cavanaugh, and Thuesen. <br /> 9 Also Present: City Manager Mike Mornson. <br /> 10 Councilmembers Absent: None. <br /> 11 III. APPROVAL OF APRIL 28, 1998 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br /> 12 Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve the April 28, 1998 Regular Council Meeting <br /> 13 Agenda with the following change: <br /> 14 Under IX. New Business, Add: A. Resolution 98-041, re: The Purchase of the Property <br /> 15 Known as 2716 St. Anthony Boulevard. <br /> 16 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> IV. APPROVAL OF APRIL 14, 1998 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES. <br /> 8 Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve the April 14, 1998 Regular Council Meeting <br /> 19 Minutes as presented. <br /> 20 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 21 V. LICENSES/PERMITS/PETITIONS. <br /> 22 Motion by Marks, second by Thuesen to approve the following licenses: <br /> 23 General Contractors License: <br /> 24 Jensen Brothers Roofing, Minneapolis, MN/working at 3217 - 3611 Avenue NE <br /> 25 Hicks Concrete Construction, Corcoran, MN/working at 3311& Stinson <br /> 26 Scandy Concrete, Inc., Minneapolis, MN/no permit has been pulled <br /> 27 U.S. West Wireless L.L.C., St. Paul, MN/working at 2801 - 37`' Avenue NE <br /> 28 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 29 Motion by Thuesen, second by Faust to approve the following permit: <br /> 30 Temporary 3.2 Beer Park Permit: <br /> 31 Family Picnic, Central Park, July 19, 1998/x.
