ANTHONY <br /> REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> 3 SEPTEMBER 22, 1998 <br /> 4 L CALL TO ORDER/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br /> 5 The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor <br /> 6 Ranallo. <br /> 7 II. ROLL CALL. <br /> 8 Councilmembers present: Ranallo, Marks,Faust, Cavanaugh, and Thuesen. <br /> 9 Councilmembers absent: None. <br /> 10 Also present: City Manager Mike Morrison. <br /> 11 III. APPROVAL OF SEPTEMBER 22, 1998 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br /> 12 Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve the September 22, 1998 Regular City Council <br /> 13 Meeting Agenda with the following addition: <br /> 14 IX. NEW BUSINESS. Consider removal contracts for demolition of 2713 St. Anthony <br /> 15 Boulevard. <br /> 16 <br /> 17 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> QIV. APPROVAL OF SEPTEMBER 8, 1998 REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> 19 MINUTES. <br /> 20 Motion by Faust, second by Thuesen to approve the September 8, 1998 Regular City Council <br /> 21 Meeting Minutes as presented. <br /> 22 Voting on the motion: Ranallo, Cavanaugh, Faust and Thuesen voted aye. Marks abstained. <br /> 23 Motion carried. <br /> 24 <br /> 25 V. LICENSES/PERMITS/PETITIONS. <br /> 26 Motion by Faust, second by Marks to approve the following licenses: <br /> 27 Heating_License: <br /> 28 Kath Heating& Air Conditioning, Little Canada, MN/working at 3501 - 29th Avenue <br /> 29 NE <br /> 30 Allied Fireside, Roseville, MN(renewal) <br /> 31 Motor Vehicle Starting License: (renewal) <br /> 32 Sroga's Auto Service, Inc. <br /> 33 Contractors License: <br /> 34 Pine Bend Paving, Inc., South St. Paul, MN/working at 3226 Old Highway 8 <br /> 35 Reliable Tree Service, Inc., Fridley, MN(renewal) <br /> 9- <br /> 36 Motion carried unanimously. <br />
