Resolution 98-077, re: Approve 1999 contract for cleaning services for City <br /> 23 Hall/Community Center. <br /> 24 Cavanaugh asked why the cleaning services contract is not put out for bid. Mr. Soth stated the <br /> 25 City is not required by law to do so. Marks stated typically such matters are not bid out as the <br /> 26 rates tend to remain constant and certain working arrangements with regard to the facilities are <br /> 27 maintained. <br /> 28 <br /> 29 Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve Resolution 98-077, approving a cleaning service <br /> 30 contract and authorizing the Mayor and City Manager to execute said contract. <br /> 0 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 32 X. UNFINISHED BUSINESS -None. <br />
