ROLL CALL. <br /> 7 Councilmembers present: Ranallo, Marks,Faust, Cavanaugh, and Thuesen. <br /> 8 Councilmembers absent: None. <br /> 9 Also present: City Manager Mike.Momson. <br /> 10 III. APPROVAL OF DECEMBER 16, 1998 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br /> 11 Motion by Marks, second by Thuesen to approve the December 16, 1998 Regular City Council <br /> 12 Meeting Agenda as presented. <br /> 13 <br /> 14 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 15 IV. APPROVAL OF DECEMBER 7, 1998 REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> MINUTES. <br /> Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve the December 7, 1998 Regular City Council <br /> 18 Meeting Minutes as presented. <br /> 19 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 20 <br /> 21 V. LICENSES/PERMITS/PETITIONS-None. <br /> 22 VI. PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS. <br /> 23 Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve the following claims: <br /> 24 A. Road Improvements: <br /> 25 1. Northdale Construction in the amount of$14,773.18.for Payment Application No. <br /> 26 5 (Final) 1977 Watermain, Street.and Storm Sewer Improvements, RCM Project <br /> 27 No. 10366.03 <br /> 28 B. 2 pages of Verified Claims as presented by the Finance Director. <br /> 29 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 30 VII. REPORTS. <br /> A. Park Commission Report-December 14, 1998 <br /> Joanne Kosciolek, Park Commissioner,reported they met on December 14, 1998 with Todd <br /> 33 Hubmer who provided an update on Silver Point Park and informed of the construction review <br /> 34 information which is available at City Hall. This information will also be sent to the Council, <br />
