APPROVAL OF FEBRUARY 9, 1999 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br /> 17 Motion by Marks, second by Thuesen to approve the February 9, 1999 Regular City Council <br /> 18 Meeting Agenda with the following addition: <br /> 19 <br /> 20 VII. Reports, Item B. Presentation by Sue Wenker with regard to Town& Country area <br /> 21 <br /> 22 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 23 <br /> IV. APPROVAL OF JANUARY 26, 1999 REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> 5 MINUTES. <br /> 26 Motion by Marks, second by Cavanaugh to approve the January 26, 1999 Regular City Council <br /> 27 Meeting Minutes with the following change: <br /> 28 <br /> 29 Page 5, line 9, change "high school graduation rate" to "rate of high school graduates who <br /> 30 matriculate to post secondary education" <br /> 31 <br /> 32 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 33 <br /> 34 V.
