APPROVAL OF FEBRUARY 23, 1999 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br /> 16 Motion by Faust, second by Marks to approve the February 23, 1999 Regular City Council <br /> 17 Meeting Agenda with the following addition: <br /> 18 <br /> 19 IX. New Business, Item C - Discussion of Len Biemat/Mary Jo McGuire Letter to Mayor <br /> 20 Ranallo dated February 18, 1999 regarding Sroga's Towing Service. <br /> 21 <br /> 22 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 23 <br /> IV. APPROVAL OF FEBRUARY 9, 1999 REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> MINUTES. <br /> 26 Motion by Marks, second by Thuesen to approve the February 9, 1999 Regular City Council <br /> 27 Meeting Minutes with the following change: <br /> 28 <br /> 29 Page 4, line 26, replace"substitute teacher" with "enrichment" <br /> 30 Page 13, line 15, replace "to bypass" with "not to evaluate" <br /> 31 <br /> 32 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 33 <br /> 34 V.
