CALL TO ORDER/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br /> 8 The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Zach <br /> 9 Malenick, Boy Scout Troop 93, as part of his Citizenship Award. <br /> 10 <br /> I 1 II. ROLL CALL. <br /> 12 Councilmembers present: Ranallo, Marks, Faust, Cavanaugh, and Thuesen. <br /> 13 Councilmembers absent: None. <br /> 14 Also present: City Manager Mike Mornson, City Attorney William Soth. <br /> 15 <br /> 16 <br /> 17 III. APPROVAL OF MARCH 23, 1999 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br /> 18 Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve the March 23, 1999 Regular City Council Meeting <br /> 19 Agenda as presented. <br /> 20 <br /> 21 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 22 <br /> 23 City Manager Mike Mornson noted that a representative from the Knights of Columbus might be <br /> in attendance to request the Council's permission for their Tootsie Roll sale which could be <br /> is addressed under Licenses/Permits/Petitions. <br /> 26 <br /> 27 IV. APPROVAL OF MARCH 9, 1999 REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES. <br /> 28 Motion by Marks, second by Thuesen to approve the March 9, 1999 Regular City Council <br /> 29 Meeting Minutes as presented. <br /> 30 <br /> 31 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 32 <br /> 33 V. LICENSES/PERMITS/PETITIONS. <br /> 34 Motion by Marks, second by Cavanaugh to approve the following licenses: <br /> 35 <br /> 36 General Contractors License: <br /> 37 D.J.
