Lona and Robert Doolan, 3511 Harding Street, Lot Coverage Variance Request. <br /> 36 Commissioner Melsha reviewed for the Council that Mr. and Mrs. Doolan had submitted a Peti- <br /> tion for Variance to the R-1 residential lot coverage restriction of 35%. The Doolans are pro- <br /> posing to construct a deck and patio in their backyard,but that construction would require a <br /> 39 variance for an additional 10.5%of lot coverage.
