CALL TO ORDER/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br /> 5 The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Boy <br /> 6 Scout Troup 153. <br /> 7 Ranallo welcomed Boy Scout Troup 153 and stated the Troop is attending the Council meeting <br /> 8 to learn about government and-it is also stage one of earning their Citizenship,Pass. <br /> 9 II. ROLL CALL. <br /> 10 Councilmembers present: Mayor Ranallo, Cavanaugh, Marks, Faust and Thuesen. <br /> 11 Councilmembers absent: None. <br /> 12 Also present: Michael Momson, City Manager <br /> 13 III. APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 9, 1999 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br /> 14 Motion by Marks, second by Faust, to approve the November 9, 1999 Regular City Council <br /> 15 Meeting Agenda with the following addition: <br /> IX. NEW BUSINESS <br /> 17 D. Review of City Manager <br /> 18 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 19 <br /> 20 IV. APPROVAL OF OCTOBER 26, 1999 REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> 21 MINUTES. <br /> 22 Motion by Marks, second by Thuesen, to approve the October 26, 1999 Regular City Council <br /> 23 Meeting Minutes as presented. <br /> 24 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 25 APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 2, 1999 MINUTES OF THE CANVASS OF CITY <br /> 26 ELECTION RESULTS. <br /> 27 Motion by Marks, second by Thuesen, to approve the November 2, 1999 Minutes of the Canvass <br /> 28 of City Election Results. <br /> 29 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> I V. LICENSES/PERMITS/PETITIONS. <br /> Motion by Marks, second by Faust, to approve the following two Contractors Licenses.and one <br /> 32 Motor Vehicle Starting License: <br />
