1 CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> s REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> 3 DECEMBER 16, 1999 <br /> 4 I. CALL TO ORDER. <br /> 5 The meeting was called to order at 6:10 p.m. <br /> 6 II. ROLL CALL. <br /> 7 Councilmembers present: Mayor Ranallo, Cavanaugh, Marks, Faust and Thuesen <br /> 8 Councilmembers absent: None <br /> 9 Also present: Michael Mornson, City Manager; William R. Soth, City Attorney <br /> 10 Mayor Ranallo requested that a moment of silence-be-observed for Monroe Hall. Mr. Hall had <br /> 11 been the St. Anthony Fire Chief for many years and recently passed away. Mayor Ranallo ex- <br /> 12 pressed sincere gratitude for Mr. Hall's outstanding years of service to the community and com- <br /> 13 mented that Mr. Hall's son continues to be a part of the team of firefighters. <br /> 14 III. APPROVAL OF DECEMBER 16, 1999 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br /> 15 Motion by Marks , second by Thuesen, to approve the December 16, 1999 regular Council meet- <br /> 16 ing agenda as amended: <br /> 17 VI. PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS. <br /> D. Charitable Organizations. <br /> 0 1. ACTION (Adults & Children Together In Our Neighborhoods) in the <br /> 20 amount of$2,500.00. <br /> 21 IX. NEW BUSINESS. <br /> 22 A. Amended Resolution 99-073, re: COPS grant project. <br /> 23 C. Ordinance 1999-007, re: Personnel policy(3rd) reading <br /> 24 X. UNFINISHED BUSINESS. <br /> 25 None. <br /> 26 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 27 IV. APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 30, 1999 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES. <br /> 28 Motion by Marks, second by Cavanaugh,to approve the November 30, 1999 regular Council <br /> 29 meeting minutes as presented. <br /> 30 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 31 V.
