The company has submitted a draft of a zoning overlay ordinance that
they believe will have a positive impact for both Apache Plaza and the neighborhood.
In response to suggestions for the City to hire its own planner, Mr. Tankenoff was in full support
of the City retaining a planner to work on its behalf. Hodson related that he has heard a significant amount
of positive feedback from the community relating to receiving consistent updates and for the
project scope as a whole.
Mayor Cavanaugh thanked Mr. Tankenoff for his presentation and attendance at the Council
meeting.
B.
