CALL TO ORDER/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br /> 5 Mayor Cavanaugh called the meeting to order at 7:04 p.m. and invited the Council and members <br /> 6 of the audience to join in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> 7 II. ROLL CALL. <br /> 8 Councilmembers present: Mayor Cavanaugh; Councilmembers Sparks, Horst, Thuesen, and <br /> 9 Hodson <br /> 10 Councilmembers absent: None. <br /> 11 Also present: Michael Mornson, City Manager <br /> 12 III. APPROVAL OF APRIL 25,2000 CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING AGENDA. <br /> 13 Motion by Thuesen to approve the April 25, 2000 City Council Regular Meeting Agenda as pre- <br /> 14 sented. <br /> 15 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 16 IV. PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS. <br /> 0 None. <br /> 18 V. COMMUNITY FORUM. <br /> 19 Mayor Cavanaugh invited members of the-audience to approach the Council to discuss any item <br /> 20 not included on the regular agenda. Hearing no response, Mayor Cavanaugh moved forward <br /> 21 with the agenda. <br /> 22 VI. CONSENT AGENDA. <br /> 23 Thuesen requested that the minutes from the April 11, 2000 City Council Regular Meeting be re- <br /> 24 moved from the Consent Agenda. <br /> 25 Motion by Sparks to approve the balance of the Consent Agenda, which included: <br /> 26 1. Licenses/Permits (Cub Foods/Apache Plaza, 3.2 Beer Permit(renewal); Cub <br /> 27 Foods/Apache Plaza,vending license (renewal); Cub Foods/Apache Plaza, cigarette li- <br /> 28 cense (renewal) counter sales); <br /> 29 2. Three pages of Verified Claims. <br /> 30 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 31 Motion by Sparks to approve the April 11, 2000 City Council Regular Meeting Minutes as pre- <br /> 40 sented. <br /> 33 Voting on the Motion: Sparks, Cavanaugh, Horst and Hodson. <br />
