CALL TO ORDER. <br /> 5 Mayor Cavanaugh called the meeting to order at 8:05 p.m. <br /> 6 II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br /> 7 Mayor Cavanaugh noted that the Council and audience had already participated in the Pledge of <br /> 8 Allegiance at the Truth in Taxation Hearing that immediately preceded the City Council meeting. <br /> 9 III. ROLL CALL. <br /> 10 Councilmembers present: Mayor Cavanaugh; Councilmembers Sparks, Thuesen, Horst and <br /> 11 Hodson <br /> 12 Councilmembers absent: None. <br /> 13 Also present: City Manager Michael Mornson. <br /> 14 IV. APPROVAL OF DECEMBER 20,2000 CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING <br /> 15 AGENDA. <br /> 16 Motion by Hodson to approve the December 20, 2000 City Council Regular Meeting Agenda <br /> 17 with the following deletion: <br /> 018 X. A. WSB, Inc. Update on 2001 Street Project. <br /> 19 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 20 V. PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS. <br /> 21 None. <br /> 22 VI. COMMUNITY FORUM. <br /> 23 Mayor Cavanaugh invited any residents in the audience to speak to the Council on items that are <br /> 24 not on the regular agenda. Hearing no response, Cavanaugh moved forward with the agenda. <br /> 25 VII. CONSENT AGENDA: <br /> 26 Motion by Hodson to approve the'Consent-Agenda as presented. Said Consent Agenda consisted <br /> 27 of: <br /> 28 1. City Council Meeting Minutes of December 11, 2000. <br /> 29 2. Licenses and Permits: and <br /> 30 3. Claims. <br /> 31 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> • 32 VIII. PUBLIC HEARINGS. <br /> 33 None. <br />
