• <br /> quo, <br /> On March 27 , 1984 , a report was submitted to the City of St. <br /> I <br /> Anthony discussing the feasibility of obtaining a safe water <br /> source for the City by means of connections to the Roseville <br /> Water System. This report was received by the City and <br /> forwarded to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) in <br /> i <br /> order to secure funding for this project. After review, the <br /> i <br /> MPCA requested that an additional study be made regarding the i <br /> t <br /> feasibility of providing water service to a portion of St. <br /> Anthony by means of a direct connection of the two systems at <br /> Highcrest Road and 33rd Avenue N.E. (County Road C-2) . It is �. <br /> intended that this report serve as an addendum to the previous <br /> report. <br /> The purpose of this addendum is to analyze and determine the <br /> feasibility of the proposed connection at Highcrest and 33rd. <br /> This proposal will be analyzed in terms of which areas of the <br /> St. Anthony system can be effectively served from Roseville and <br /> whether or not the present St . Anthony supply (Wells #4 and 5) <br /> is capable of meeting the peak demand of the remainder of the <br /> system. <br /> In order to analyze this proposal, a determination was made` as <br /> to which areas of St. Anthony could potentially be served from <br /> such a connection.
