Makowske , Marks , Ranallo <br /> 16 Absent : Mavor Sundland <br /> 17 Also Present : Thomas Burt. City Manager <br /> 18 Bill Soth ; City Attorney <br /> 1.9 Ted Brownell , Planning_ Commissioner <br /> 20 <br /> 21 Mavor Pro Tem Ranallo announced to those gathered for the <br /> 22 public hearing that , although notice was published in the <br /> 23 November 20th edition of the Minneapolis Star and Tribune , <br /> 24 it was erroneously published in the Variety section rather <br /> 25 than in the Community section. The notice therefore has <br /> 26 been republished and the formal hearing will be held as part <br /> 27 of the December 12th Citv Council meeting. He invited . those <br /> 28 present to narticinate in an informal discussion of the <br /> 29 issues , stating that their comments would be duly recorded <br /> 30 for the December 12th meeting in the event they were unable <br /> 31 to attend that meeting. <br /> 32 <br /> 33 <br /> 34 APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 14 , 1989 COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> 35 <br /> 36 Motion by Marks , seconded by Makowske , to approve the <br /> 37 minutes of the November 14 , 1989 City Council minutes with <br /> 38 the following corrections : <br /> 39 <br /> 40 Page 1 , line 16 : Add "Don Hickerson, Police Chief . " <br /> 41 <br /> 42 Page 2 , line 39 : Add "and liquor operations" after <br /> 43 "statements . " <br /> 44 <br /> 45 Page 3 , lines 22 through 24 : Delete the sentence "She <br /> 46 noted . . . on the agenda . " Replace with : <br /> 47 "She had intended to bring up a discussion <br /> 48 of the St . Anthony bus service but the <br /> 49 subject was not on the agenda . " <br /> 50 <br />
