CALL TO ORDER/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> 9 <br /> 10 The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. and the Pledge of Allegiance <br /> 11 was led by Mayor Ranallo. <br /> 12 <br /> 13 2. ROLL CALL <br /> 14 <br /> 15 Present : Mayor Ranallo, Councilmembers Marks and Enrooth <br /> 16 Councilmember Wagner arrived at 7:40 p.m. and Councilmember Makowske arrived <br /> 17 at 8: 10 p.m. <br /> 18 Staff Present: City Manager Burt <br /> 19 <br /> 20 3. APPROVAL OF DECEMBER 11 , 1990 COUNCIL AGENDA <br /> 21 <br /> 22 The agenda as presented was not changed but Mayor Ranallo requested an <br /> 23 addition of consideration of changing the Council meeting scheduled for <br /> 24 December 25th. The City Manager requested two additions, which were; <br /> • 25 discussion of Hepatitis B regulations and the Christmas Lighting Contest. <br /> 26 <br /> 27 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the agenda for the Council <br /> 28 meeting of December 11 , 1990 with the suggested additions. <br /> 29 <br /> 30 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 31 <br /> 32 <br /> 33 4. APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 27, 1990 .000I4CIL MEETING MINUTES <br /> 34 <br /> 35 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the minutes of the November <br /> 36 27, 1990 Council meeting with the following corrections: <br /> 37 <br /> 38 page 2, line 44: Correct the word "was" to "has" <br /> 39 page 4, line 6: Add the work "each" to the end of the line <br /> 40 page 4, line 25: Correct the word "dept" to "debt" <br /> 41 page 4, line 27: Correct the spelling to "Thistle" <br /> 42 page 4, .1ine 30: Correct the spelling to "Thistle" <br /> 43 page 5, line 44: Delete the words "because of the" and insert the word <br /> 44 "through" <br /> 6; page 6, line 2: Correct the spelling to "J.oanelI Dyrstad" <br /> 46 page 7, line il : Correct "reduces" to •"reduced" <br /> 47 page 7, line 21 : Correct "their" to "there" <br /> 48 page 7, line 27: Delete "in" <br /> 49 page 7, line 27: Correct the work "increase" to plural "increases" <br /> • 50 <br />
