The City shall purchase a standby generator to be used in periods of electrical power outages, to provide electrical power that will enable the pumps to lift water to the elevated storage tank. The City shall solicit bids for a generator that provides 150 KW, 188 KVA, 277/480 volt, 3 plume, 601HZ, 226 with the following options: a. DEC III controller installed, b. 12 volt battery installed, c. 250 amp circuit breaker, d. trickle type battery charger installed, e. 150 gallon fuel tank and 150 gallons of diesel fuel. The City, as part of the Remedial Action project, shall be reimbursed at a cost not to exceed $35,000.00 for the purchase of a generator. This cost will be .paid out of the Remedial Action construction funds which are 90 percent federal, and 10 percent state Superfund funds. 3. Paragraph 6.5 shall be amended to read: The contract dollar amount for this contract for Tasks 1 and 2 as described in Part 4.6 of this contract shall net exceed seventy-three' thousand nine hundred dollars ($73,900) . For Task 3 of paragraph 4.6 which provides 90 percent federal funds for the first Year of the Extended RA, the contract dollar amount shall not exceed one hundred twenty-t40 thousand eight hundred fifty dollars ($122,650.00) . For Task 4 of paragraph 4.6 this contract shall not exceed thirty five thousand dollars • ($35,000.00) . The total contract dollar amount shall not exceed two hundred thirty-one thousand seven hundred fifty dollars ($231,750) .
