CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> • RESOLUTION 91-039 <br /> A RESOLUTION SETTING PROPOSED 1992 TAX LEVY, <br /> 1992 BUDGET AND PUBLIC HEARING DATES IN COMPLIANCE <br /> WITH THE TRUTH IN TAXATION ACT <br /> WHEREAS, the Truth in Taxation Law requires that the City of St. Anthony provide <br /> Hennepin and Ramsey Counties with a proposed 1992 Tax Levy and <br /> Budget; and <br /> WHEREAS,_ the information required .for the City Council to make a definitive tax levy <br /> cannot be determined until the City of St. Anthony holds its public hearings; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the furnishing of this proposed tax levy is made contingent on any revisions <br /> being allowed if the current law is modified. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: <br /> 1) the proposed tax levy for 1992 is: <br /> General Fund Levy $1,522,479 <br /> Housing and Redevelopment Authority Levy $ 20,000 <br /> Certificate of Indebtedness 76,205 <br /> $1,618,684 <br /> 2) the proposed 1992 operating budget is: $4,425,565 <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that: <br /> 1) the hearing date for the 1992 proposed budget be set at November 26, <br /> 1991, 7:30 P.M. and if necessary be reconvened on December 4, 1991, <br /> 7:30 P.M.. <br /> Adopted this day of ' 1991. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
