• CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 91-049 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBMITTAL OF THE 1992 HENNEPIN COUNTY <br /> MUNICIPAL SOURCE-SEPARATED RECYCLABLES PROGRAM <br /> GRANT APPLICATION AND ENTERING INTO <br /> A CONTRACT FOR THIS PROGRAM <br /> WHEREAS, Hennepin County has made a portion of its solid waste tipping fee revenues <br /> available to the City for its municipal source-separated recyclables program; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the Hennepin County share of net municipal program expenses is eighty <br /> percent; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony has completed the required grant application; and <br /> WHEREAS, the funds would be used for the City's source-separated recyclables program. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby approves the submittal of the 1992 Hennepin County municipal source-separated <br /> • recyclables program grant application and entering into a contract for this program. <br /> Adopted this day of , 1991. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br /> i <br />
