CALL TO ORDER/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br /> 5 The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. with the Pledge of Allegiance led <br /> 6 by Mayor Ranallo. <br /> 7 II. ROLL CALL. <br /> 8 Present: Ranallo, Marks, Enrooth, Fleming and Wagner. <br /> 9 Also present: Thomas Burt, City Manager <br /> 10 David Urbia, Management Assistant <br /> 11 III. APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 12, 1991 COUNCIL AGENDA. <br /> 12 Motion by Marks, seconded by Wagner to approve the November 12, 1991 <br /> 13 agenda with one addition under REPORTS and two under NEW BUSINESS. <br /> 14 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 15 IV. APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 5, 1991 REGULAR COUNCIL MINUTES AND CITY <br /> 16 ELECTION RESULTS. <br /> 17 Motion by Marks, seconded by Enrooth to accept both reports in the agenda <br /> 18 as one, with the following changes: <br /> 19 Page 6, line 34 add "Ed Hance" and under Pct. 3H add "1" <br /> 20 Page 7, line 32 change line 1 to read "Write-Ins 1, 9, 1, 2, 13" <br /> 21 Page 7, line 12 add "Dan Kramer" and under Pct. 3H add "1" <br /> 22 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 23 V. LICENSES/PERMITS/PETITIONS, <br /> 24 Motion by Marks, seconded by Wagner to approve licenses for the following: <br /> 25 Contractors <br /> 26 Earl Weikle & Sons, Minneapolis, MN <br /> 27 Joe Hamel Company, St. Paul, MN <br /> 28 Seviola Construction Company, Blaine, MN <br /> • <br />
