Request for Subdivision/Plat Anproval .17 C. G. Rein Company Dennis Cavanauh <br /> 18 <br /> 19 The Public Hearing was opened by <br /> 20 Chairperson Faust at 7 : 44 <br /> p.m. <br /> 21 <br /> 22 Chairperson Faust noted that notice of this <br /> aring <br /> 23 public <br /> 24 appeared in the October 28 , 1992 edition of the Lulleten. <br /> 25 The request is for a subdivision/plat approval <br /> 26 Plus company, located at 3800 Si Per Lake Road. A the Tires <br /> 27 required for the tax increment financing Approval is <br /> 28 area. 9 proposal for the <br /> 29 • <br /> 30 A memo from the Management Assistant addressed all issues of <br /> 31 concern regarding this request . The memo also indicated that <br /> 32 the ordinance which applies in this situation had been <br /> 33 reviewed and the request a <br /> 34 q appears to comply with all of the <br /> requirements of the ordinance. The parcel needs to be removed <br /> 35 from the Tax Increment Financing District . <br /> 36 <br /> 37 Mr: Cavanaugh was in attendance only to respond to any <br /> 38 questions embers of the Planning Commission may have.
