The Urban <br /> 34 Stability Legislation proposal authored by Representative <br /> 35 Myron nrfieid was also discussed . This proposal focuses <br /> 36 on instability and poverty growing .in metropolitan inner- <br /> 37 ring suburbs and Councilmember Enrooth stated that the <br /> 38 P-MM Board feels it may have far reaching effects even in <br /> 39 outstate Minnesota . <br /> 40 <br /> 41 4 . Report of Councilmember Marks <br /> 42 <br /> 43 Councilmember Marks advised there will be two <br /> 44 contingencies of visitors from Salo, Finland to Minnesota <br /> 45 this summer . They will be coming to the Lions Club <br /> 46 International Convention .
