ANTHONY <br /> NOTICE OF HEARING <br /> SETBACK VARIANCE REQUEST <br /> TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, <br /> April 19, 1994 at 7:05 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Council Chambers of the <br /> City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road (enter northeast corner) for the following purpose: <br /> Applicant: Darrin and JoAnn Mercil <br /> Property Address: 3112 Silver Lake Road; R-1 zoning classification <br /> Proposal: Petition for the following variances: front yard setback variance <br /> of 15 feet and back yard setback variance of 12 feet.
