The realtors did not clarify the assessed valuation of each unit as it <br /> 5 was sold. Mayor Ranallo indicated that at the Grand Opening he mentioned that the <br /> 6 assessed value was,set at the time of closing. Sixty properties were sold. City <br /> 7 Attorney Soth has copies of the agreements. Soth said the buyers should review their <br /> 8 agreements. There is nothing the Assessor can do to change this situation. The Mayor <br /> 9 suggested they check with their Home Owners Association.
